During his undergraduate years, Cansin began to work at Bahcesehir University’s Brain and Cognition Research Laboratory as a research assistant. In addition to his experience at the laboratory, he worked at both university administrations (student affairs, corporate communications, archives, and libraries) and public services.

After graduating with honors, he was promoted to the coordinator at the laboratory. Concurrently, he started his graduate degree at Istanbul University and was academically ranked at the top of his class. During his graduate years, he also started to work with Surp Pırgiç at the Armenian Hospital and gained valuable clinical experience. He also published several studies on cognitive functions, time perception, and meta-cognition with electroencephalography (EEG). In 2015, he established his first consultancy company.

Cansin continued his studies at Istanbul University and Marmara University on electroencephalography (EEG). As a thesis topic, he worked on time perception paradigms and graduated with honors from Istanbul University. After graduation, he established his second company: PSYCASE Psychological Consultancy Center. Thereafter, he moved to Japan where he continued his academic studies at Nagoya University. This allowed him to not only further advance his studies but also exposed him to different cultures. Experiencing different cultures, Cansin has a better understanding of his clients, who come from all around the world. After returning from Japan, he established his first laboratory at Arel University: the Brain and Behavior Research Laboratory.

He currently is a doctorate student at Marmara University in the Department of Sports and Health Sciences. He works on time perception under different postures, movements, and drastic tasks. Besides conducting research and teaching undergraduate courses, Cansin passionately helps people with their academic careers through his company.
